Established in the 2018-2019 academic year, Al Forsan International Schools offers an American curriculum aligned with Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), in addition to supplementary subjects. The school has received accreditation from the Saudi Ministry of Education and the Cognia organization

The school features a selection of highly qualified teachers from the United States and Canada. Academic support includes free tutoring sessions for all core subjects, as well as English language foundation programs for early grades. The curriculum is based on the American standards of the Common Core. Advanced facilities such as sports fields, Olympic-sized swimming pools, modern laboratories, robotics labs, and smart classrooms equipped with the latest technology. Special Arabic language classes are available for non-native speakers free of charge, along with French language classes. Class sizes are limited, with a maximum of 25 students in upper grades and 20 in kindergarten, supported by two teachers per class. The school offers additional educational and recreational programs after school, including a homework club to help students complete their assignments. A specialized program for high school students prepares them for global tests and guides their university pathways with an academic advisor.

The school emphasizes both curricular and extracurricular activities, allowing students to engage in: Sports: Activities can be conducted in sports fields, swimming pools, squash courts, and running tracks.
