First: Admission Application

  • Complete the admission application

  • Successfully pass the personal interview or admission test
  • Submit the necessary documents for admission and registration:
    • 4 personal photos (4×6)
    • Copy of student's birth certificate with original for verification
    • Copy of complete vaccination certificate as required by the Ministry of Health
    • Copy of family record or family card with the student added (for Saudis)
    • Copy of passport, residence permit, and Absher print for guardian and student
    • Receive medical record from school administration and complete related procedures
    • Bring introduction letter from guardian's workplace
    • Copy of guardian's passport and residence permit
    • New students in Saudi Arabia (coming from abroad) must bring previous academic certificates or equivalent certificates authenticated by Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Saudi Embassy or Saudi Cultural Attaché from their country of origin
    • Submit academic certificates from previous school (for grade 2 and above)
    • Submit transfer certificate from previous school
    • Guardian reviews and signs the registration file
    • Guardian pays 1000 SAR as advance payment before the personal interview or admission test
    • Pay prescribed academic fees if space is available and registration is approved
