  • All students wishing to join Al-Muktashif International Schools must comply with the school's admission policy. Priority is given to currently enrolled students being re-registered and their siblings.
  • Applicants are required to pass a placement test and a personal interview.
  • Following successful completion of the placement test and interview, all required applications and documents must be submitted and approved by school administration.
  • The admission form must be completed accurately and in full, including disclosure of any physical, social, medical, psychological, or disciplinary details.
  • Required Documents: Student medical report, copy of the student's passport, copy of the parent's/guardian's passport, proof of tuition payment, parent agreement application form, copy of the parent's and student's residence permit or national ID, copy of the family card for Saudi students, six passport-sized photographs, student birth certificate, and student vaccination record.
  • Students must submit official transcripts for the last three academic years prior to applying.
  • For students enrolling during the academic year, the current year's academic record up to the date of application must be included.
  • All academic reports and transcripts in languages other than English must be certified by the Saudi Embassy in the student's country of origin if transferring from a school outside the Kingdom.
  • Non-refundable assessment fees must be paid at the accounting office prior to taking placement tests.
  • Students applying for KG1 must be at least three years of age.
  • Students applying for KG2 must be at least four years of age.
  • Students applying for KG3 must be at least five years of age.

Tuition fees can be paid through the Rasoom platform using the school's billing number: 901. Each parent is assigned a unique invoice number to complete the process. The school also accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard credit cards, bank transfer to the school's account, or cash payment.
