Al-Tarbiya International Schools accepts students at all educational stages according to an admission system approved by the Ministry. The admission requirements are as follows:

• Availability of space to accept the applying student.
• The applicant's age should match the official age determined by the school, which is: three years for the first level of kindergarten, four years for the second level, and five years for the third level.
• Those wishing to join the elementary stage must complete five years and nine months on the first day of the start of school.
• The school accepts students in middle and high school stages, provided that the applying student has passed the previous stage and presents a certificate stamped by the previous school.
• Passing admission tests and personal interview.
• Submitting the required documents, which are as follows:

Required documents from applicants to kindergarten and first grade:

• Copy of family card or student ID, and copy of guardian's ID with the original for verification, and copy of student's passport, for Saudi students.
• Copy of passport and valid residence permit with the original for verification for non-Saudi students.
• Copy of birth certificate with the original for verification.
• Vaccination certificate.
• Health fitness certificate from any government or private entity.

Required documents from second grade and above:

• Acceptance notification addressed from Al-Tarbiya International Schools to the school from which the student is transferring.
• Student file from the previous school, taking into account the completion of official documents.
• Original academic certificates.

Required documents from students outside the Kingdom or from international schools or Quran memorization schools:

• Acceptance order from student affairs at the Education Department after certificate equivalency.
• Signing the fee payment agreement and paying the first semester installment.
