- To begin the admission process, please fill out the form on the registration page. - The school will contact parents within 48 hours to schedule an interview (by phone or email). - The interview and admission test will take place on the same day. - Final results will be communicated within 48 hours. - Parents must submit the required documents and complete the registration form online on the same day. - A school ID for the student will be issued within 24 hours. - Payment or online installment within 4 days. - Accounts will be created on the Noor system and Skyward portal on the same day. **Required Documents:** - For Saudi students: - Completed and printed registration form. - A copy of the family registry where the student is listed, along with the original for verification. - A copy of the student’s birth certificate with the original for verification. - Four personal photos of the student (4x6). - Medical report proving the student is free of contagious diseases. - A copy of the vaccination certificate. - Original last academic report (grade transcript) certified by the previous school. - Copies of the student’s and parents’ passports. - A financial clearance certificate from the previous school (if applicable). - For non-Saudi students: - A copy of the student’s passport and residence permit (Iqama) with the original for verification. - Iqama and work authorization of the parent (original required). - If transferring from outside Saudi Arabia, authentication from the Saudi Cultural Mission is required. - Equivalency of certificates from the Ministry of Education.
Parents can pay the tuition fees per semester or for the full academic year online or via a bank card at the school. They also offer an installment plan of up to 9 months with no interest for credit cardholders from the following banks: Riyad Bank, Saudi French Bank, ANB, Bank AlJazira, Emirates NBD, and SABB.
