Britus International Schools - Al Olaya is located on Prince Abdulaziz bin Musaed bin Jalawi Street in Riyadh. It was recently established in 2021. Its curriculum is based on the Common Core State Standards of the United States and ensures learners have the best active experience that embraces 21st-century skills, with full awareness that these skills are essential in an ever-changing world. The school has received accreditation from the American Association for International Accreditation of Schools and Colleges for its effective impact on students and producing a new generation ready for the future.

Students seeking admission to Britus International Schools must be aware of the important requirements set by the school, which are as follows:

  • Kindergarten accepts children from age three for KG1, KG2 from age four, and KG3 from age five.
  • Submission of required documents and papers for application, including identification documents, etc.
  • Bringing all academic reports, academic records, and transfer certificate from the previous school(s) the student attended in case of transfer.
  • Approval from the Ministry of Education to enroll in the school.
  • Clearance certificate from financial liability from the previous school.
  • Introduction letter from the parent/guardian's employer.

First-Time Registration Requirements

When registering for the first time, a certified birth certificate or satisfactory proof of age must be submitted when enrolling at Britus International Schools - Al Olaya. The student or parent/guardian is required to complete the admission form and submit all documents related to their identity. Required documents:

  • Copy of parent/guardian's passport.
  • Copy of student's passport.
  • Copy of valid parent's residence permit.
  • Copy of valid student's residence permit.
  • Copy of student's birth certificate.
  • Copy of student's vaccination certificate.
  • All academic reports, academic records, and transfer certificate from the previous school(s) attended.
  • Ministry of Education approval to enroll in the school.
  • Debt clearance certificate from the previous school.
  • Introduction letter from the parent/guardian's workplace.
  • 4 passport-size personal photos of the student.

Tuition fees can be paid in more than one way available at the school according to the parent's choice for convenience:

  • Cash payment at the school's cashier.
  • Payment can be made using a Visa card or through the school's affiliated bank.
  • Discounts are available for companies and siblings.
  • All fees paid are final and non-refundable.

  • Pre-School Stage Specialized teachers plan and deliver interactive lessons across a range of subjects to ensure our youngest learners have a secure foundation of basic knowledge and understanding to build upon as they progress through school.
  • Elementary Stage The elementary program covers grades 1 through 6 and builds on the learning foundations in the pre-school program. Students are introduced to the experiential learning model aligned with California Common Core Standards.
  • Middle Stage Students move to the middle school stage from grade 7 onwards and continue to develop their knowledge and core skills in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Arabic Language, Islamic Education, Science, and Social Studies in Arabic. The work completed at this stage supports students in making their first decisions about their future educational path.
  • Secondary Stage In the secondary stage, students increasingly specialize in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in addition to enriching their understanding of both English and Arabic languages in writing and speaking. They also continue studying Mathematics, Social Studies in Arabic, and Information and Communication Technology to ensure broadening their horizons and supporting them in subsequent academic stages or their careers.

There is no mixing between girls' and boys' classes; rather, there is a designated place for each gender.
