All new students must comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The guardian commits to following the policies, instructions, procedures, and laws of the Ministry of Education. The guardian and student commit to the beliefs, principles, policies, instructions, procedures, and laws of Encyclopedia of Science School. The school has the right to cancel the registration of any student in case of non-compliance with the policies, instructions, and principles of Encyclopedia of Science School, and this is considered an acknowledgment by the guardian in this regard. Students are accepted according to the availability of seats, and if not available, the student's information is added to the waiting list for later registration. All students are subject to admission tests and personal interviews, and these tests are considered a basic condition for registration. The school reserves the right not to accept any student without giving reasons. The guardian has no right to determine the class or teacher, and the administration undertakes the division of students according to specified criteria. The guardian must submit all documents required for the student's enrollment within one week of the registration process, and if this is done at a later time, the student's registration is considered canceled with the loss of all granted discounts. The student's registration is not confirmed in the school records until all documents and registration requirements are provided and due fees are paid. Students holding visit visas are not accepted according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education. The school reserves the right to apologize for continuing the registration of a student in kindergarten or primary grades within two months of the start of the school year if any problems appear.
