Admission is restricted to Indian children only who have reached the age of three and above (3+). However, in exceptional cases, admission can be granted to students of foreign nationalities, subject to approval from the Ministry of Education (MOE) and seat availability.

For admission to Pre-KG, the child must be three years old or above on April 1 of the current academic year. Admission to other grades follows a similar arrangement where the student completes 16 years on April 1 of the year they apply for the AISSE examination for Grade 10. Admission to KG is based on registration priority and interview results.

Admission to grades 1 through 8 is based on submitting a valid original transfer certificate and a copy of the evaluation card or transcript.

For grade 9 and above, the student must have a CBSE registration number, original transfer certificate, and academic progress report. For more details, please contact the examinations department.

Admission to grades 10 and 12 is conducted according to CBSE board guidelines.

If application is made after the start of the academic year and until September 30, the student must submit attendance records, last test scores, and proof of completion of assignments and projects.

From grade 2 onwards, admission is granted only upon submitting:

• Transfer certificate (issued within a maximum of one month)
• Academic progress report or CCE evaluation
• Total attendance days until the date of admission

Required Documents for New Admission:

The school's administrative department requires parents to submit the following documents (hard copies) when applying for new admission:

• Copy of birth certificate issued by a competent official authority
• Copies of passports and residence permits (residence for student and guardian) plus a copy from Absher app showing validity date
• Original transfer certificate or study certificate (applies to admission in grades 2 and 3)
• Original transfer certificate (from grade 4 onwards)
• Copy of academic progress report with attendance days from previous school
• 5 passport-size photographs
• Guardian's undertaking regarding any missing documents
• Guardian's undertaking regarding fee system
• Declaration from father/company if fees are paid by sponsoring company

New admission fees are collected in three installments, each installment covering a 4-month period:

• First Term (Term I): April to July
• Second Term (Term II): August to November

• Third Term (Term III): December to March
