The International Philippine School (IPS) in Jeddah, located in the Al-Musharrafah district, is the first Philippine international school established by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs. Founded in 1981 (1404 AH), the current school building was initiated by the Philippine consulate in 1983. The school caters to educational levels from preschool through secondary and is accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education and the DECS (Department of Education, Culture and Sports) in the Philippines. It serves only boys and follows the Philippine curriculum.
