Registration for new students begins at the end of the academic year and continues until two weeks before the start of the new academic year. Applicants must meet the following conditions: Availability of vacant seats Interview with the parent Student must pass a test in Arabic, English, and Mathematics Complete required documents (birth certificate, grade certificate if applying for first grade, middle, or high school) Sign a pledge to pay tuition fees Registration for middle school, high school, and American Diploma programs takes place at the end of the current academic year.

There are programs established to educate students and staff on emergency drills and procedures for situations such as fires or earthquakes, where training is provided by specialists on how to handle emergencies without injuries or damage. Everyone must comply with safety and security rules, as students, teaching staff, and administration must know all safety and security regulations.

Buildings and classrooms are secured with surveillance cameras and are designed with methods to maintain security, safety, and cleanliness. The school provides all necessary tools and equipment for health and safety purposes, including first aid supplies and fire extinguishers, which are accessible throughout the school. Training is also provided on how to use this equipment in a simple and easy way.
