Step 1 Registration as a new student at the school via the official website:

• Click on "Add Child" and add all required information.
• Repeat the same step for your second child and so on.
• Please ensure all information is entered correctly, especially the email and contact number for both mother and father.
• Note that the child's and sponsor's names must be as shown in the passport.

Registration as an existing student at the school:

Log in using your credentials, add a new child you wish to register, and complete the application form.

Step 2: Receiving Email from the School You will receive an email from the school with your child's registration number and family ID number.

Step 3: Testing The registration officer will receive your application and will contact you to arrange an admission test or interview.

The test will be as follows:

• Students applying to FS1 and FS2 will undergo an online interview via video conference as part of the admission process.
• Students applying to Year 1 and Year 2 will undergo an online interview via video conference as part of the admission process, which will last 20-30 minutes.
• Students applying to grades 3 to 10 will take the GL assessment, which will last 3 hours.

Step 4: Admission After evaluating student results and reviewing previous school report decisions, a decision will be made and an admission email will be sent to parents. After receiving the email, the required registration fees must be paid in cash, by check, or transferred via online banking to the school to secure the child's seat. A seat cannot be reserved for the student without providing proof of payment to the school.

Step 5: Submitting Required Documents Complete the registration process by one of the following methods:

• Upload an electronic copy of the required documents via the website.
• Visit the school and submit a paper copy of the required documents.

• Copy of Emirates ID for student, father, and mother
• Copy of passports for student, father, and mother
• Copy of valid residence permit for student, father, and mother (not applicable to UAE nationals)
• 1 passport photo of student with white background
• Family book for UAE nationals only
• Copy of student's birth certificate
• Copy of student's vaccination record
• Recent school report from previous school within the UAE
• Withdrawal grade transcript from eSIS system if current school is in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, or Western Region
• Transfer certificate within UAE if current school is outside Abu Dhabi
• Please note: Transfer certificates and school reports from outside the UAE must be stamped and attested with three certifications: (Ministry of Education, embassy of country of origin, Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• Please note: Documents issued from these countries (Western Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand) are exempt from the above attestation
• Recommendation form from previous school (form available on website)
• Proof of residence address: either Abu Dhabi electricity bill or attestation
• 1 passport photo each for mother and father
• Copy of health insurance card

Step 6: Submitting Required Forms All required forms available on the website under downloads must be completed, signed, and sent to the school using the login credentials sent to you via the admission email.
