  • Current Students: When seats are available, the Registration Department will respond via email or phone call to confirm the seat reservation.
  • New Students: When seats are available, the Registration Department will respond via email or phone call to schedule an interview date and assess the student.
  • Successful applicants will receive an email containing the registration form that must be completed and returned within 48 hours along with all required documents, which are sent or attached with the application.
  • Once registration forms are received and approved, parents will have 48 hours to visit the Finance Department to pay the necessary registration fees.
  • A welcome email will be sent to parents to confirm their children's enrollment after paying the registration fees.

  • Registration fees are 5% of the total tuition fees.
  • The amount must be paid in cash at the Finance Department, and in case of admission cancellation, fees will be refunded according to ADEK guidelines.

Student Well-being:

The school provides a social care network through which it offers counseling, guidance, and support. A "Happiness Team" has been formed, consisting of an academic specialist and a social worker.

The mission of the Student Well-being Team (Happiness Team) is to provide students with a safe space and continuously improve their social and emotional learning while keeping parents continuously informed (listening, monitoring, inquiring, observing changes in students, and recognizing that each one has different experiences that lead to their success).

Child Protection Committee:

The Child Protection Committee consists of the school principal, deputy principal, counselor, social worker, school nurse, and students of determination specialist. They work collaboratively to be effective and responsive as needed.

Parents are always encouraged to contact the Child Protection Committee if they have any inquiries, and are urged to make immediate contact with class teachers, the principal, or any other designated member of the Child Protection Committee, with complete confidentiality maintained in this regard.
