Emirates International School Jumeirah - British was established in 1991 and is a community service of Al Habtoor Group. It provides high-quality international education to more than 2,225 male and female students from over 102 countries from kindergarten through grade thirteen. It is considered the first school in Dubai to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program, after receiving IB accreditation as an "authorized IB World School" in 1992. Over more than 30 years, its results in the Diploma program have been among the highest in the region, and it is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education, CIS, IB, and TASS.
