- Parents: passport, residence visa, and Emirates ID copies for both
- Student: passport, residence visa, Emirates ID, birth certificate, last two years’ school reports in English (if applicable), vaccination card, and medical form
- Lease or property ownership document (if residing in Meadows community)
Assessments by Grade
- Early Years & Grade 1: School readiness assessment; child must be fully toilet-trained
- Grades 2-3: Behavioral observation, reading and math tests
- Grades 4-11: Cognitive abilities test or recent school report from Dubai school
- Grades 12-13: Interview with coordinators; relevant academic reports required
Students of Determination
- If learning needs are disclosed, meeting with inclusion team is arranged to assess support requirements before admission decision.
- After passing assessment and seat availability, formal offer is sent. Must confirm within 7 working days by signing acceptance form and paying required fees per KHDA regulations. Non-refundable percentage applies for withdrawal or non-attendance.
