Required Documents for Registration at Raffles World Academy:

• Copy of student's passport including UAE residence visa page
• Copy of UAE Emirates ID for student and parent/guardian
• Copy of student's birth certificate in English or Arabic
• Two recent passport-sized photos of the student
• Copy of Transfer Certificate according to the listed instructions
• Copy of school reports for the previous two years in English
• Copy of student's vaccination records

Registration with Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA):

• The Parent School Contract (PSC) must be signed after the student is accepted and registered in the KHDA system
• The contract remains valid until the student leaves the school
• The contract can be signed electronically at the school or through its website
• Non-compliance with this requirement may lead to student suspension from studies or put their registration at risk

Emirates ID Registration:

• Parents must register their Emirates ID and their child's at the school before signing the PSC contract
• Any ID updates must be entered into the system
• Must visit the admissions office to register the card electronically using designated devices, bringing original cards and mobile phone
• After registration, a PSC contract will be created in the KHDA system to be signed, and the school will keep parents informed
• Completing documents and registration is a KHDA requirement for official recognition of student enrollment
• Non-compliance may lead to penalties from KHDA, ranging from temporary suspension to cancellation of admission
• In case of exceptional circumstances preventing obtaining an Emirates ID, official documents must be submitted to the admissions office to be submitted to KHDA

Application Process: For those wishing to apply, please fill out the electronic application form:

1. Click "Add New Applicant" to enter student information
2. After completion, click "Save"
3. To add another applicant (sibling), click "Add Applicant," or proceed to father's information by clicking "Next"
4. Add father's information: To go directly to father's information, click "Next"
5. Add mother's information: Click "Add Details" to enter mother's information
6. After completion, click "Save"
7. To submit the application, click "Send"
8. Guardian or other contact information can be added via "Add Details"
9. After entering information, click "Save" then "Send" when ready

After submission, a message "Form submitted successfully" will appear on screen, confirming the application is registered in the school system.

Important Notes:

• Withholding information or providing incorrect data may affect the student's education and may lead to cancellation of the application or admission and forfeiture of paid admission processing fees
• All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled
• After submitting the application, a confirmation email will be sent to the father as registered in the application form

Log in using the mobile number or email registered with the school

Bank Transfer:

Payment by Cheque:

• Cheques should be made payable to Raffles World Academy
• Please write the student's ID number, name, and grade on the back of the cheque
• Cheques should be delivered manually to the Accounts Office at the academy
• Post-dated cheques are accepted for payment of second and third term fees

Credit Card Payment: Available at Raffles World Academy premises

Cash Payment: Please ensure you receive an official, signed, and stamped payment receipt

When paying via bank transfer, please mention the student's ID number, student's name, and school name.
