English is the primary language of instruction, and an appropriate level of English is required to enable the student to join the curriculum at the applied stage.

Applications are submitted through the website with payment of a non-refundable and non-transferable application fee.

Parents Are Required to Provide:

• School reports or nursery reports for the last two academic years (in English).
• Any reports or information related to educational support or special education, if any.
• Medical information including allergies, health conditions, medications, and vaccination records.
• Updated contact information and emergency numbers for both parents.

Dubai Ministry of Education Also Requires the Following Documents:

• Original transfer certificate (attested when necessary).
• Copy of student's and guardian's passport.
• Copy of Emirates ID (both sides).

No application will be processed without completing the documents and paying registration fees.

Tuition fees at GEMS Wellington Academy are due before the start of the academic year and are paid in advance before attendance, at the beginning of each term. Tuition fee invoices will be issued from the time of admission to ensure payment is completed before the start of the term.

The GEMS World credit card can be used to pay annual tuition fees in advance and benefit from a discount of up to 4.25%, in addition to 10% cashback on school expenses and other benefits.

Discounts are available for the fourth child (15%) and fifth child (25%) among siblings.
