• Students must register online on the official website of GEMS Our Own Indian School.
• The school accepts children from age 4 to join kindergarten first level, from age 5 to join the second level of kindergarten, and from age 6 to join first grade.
• After student acceptance, the admission form must be completed.
• The following documents must be submitted upon registration:
• Three copies of the student's passport with a valid entry visa to the United Arab Emirates.
• Four recent photos of the child (6x4 cm size) and one stamp-sized photo for the bus card.
• One copy of the birth certificate in English or Arabic. (Original must be attached for verification).
• One copy of the UAE identity card for the student and their guardian.
• Original UAE identity card for the student and both parents for registration with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (will be returned immediately after online registration in the KHDA system).
• A photocopy of the original transcript of the last exam passed at the previous school.
• New students coming from outside Dubai and joining Grade 2/Year 3 and above must submit a transfer certificate from their previous grade/year of enrollment.
