Application Steps at Al Warqa'a High School:

• The application portal opens on the school's website starting from October each year.
• The guardian fills out the application form with the student's information and verifies its accuracy before completing this step.
• Student admission approval is granted after passing the tests first, submitting documents second, and the availability of spaces in the school third.

Required Documents for Application:

• A copy of the student's birth certificate.
• 2 copies of the student's passport in addition to the visa if the student is expatriate.
• 4 personal photos of the student, along with another photo in postage stamp size to be placed on the identity card.
• 2 copies of the identity card of both the father and mother for Emirati students.
• A transfer certificate from the school where the student previously studied, but according to the following standards:
• An approved certificate from the previous school if it was within the Emirates.
• If the student is Indian, the transfer certificate must be signed by the director of the Educational Department in his region in India and also approved by the Indian Consulate in the Emirates.
• A student coming from a Gulf country other than the Emirates must have the transfer certificate approved by the Indian Embassy in his country, as well as by the UAE Embassy in his country, in addition to the signature and approval of his country's Foreign Ministry.
