Registration and Admission Rules at Indian Public High School Private

In all cases, admission procedures approved by the Ministry of Private Education must be followed.

Age Guidelines:

• For registration in KG 1, the child must be 4 years old by March 31.
• For registration in KG 2, the child must be 5 years old by March 31.
• For registration in Grade 1, the child must be 6 years old by March 31.

Upon registration or admission, the following documents must be submitted:

• Completed registration form.
• Copy of the child's passport with a valid UAE residence visa.
• Six recent photos of the child (passport size).

Fee Rules at Indian Public High School Private:

School fees are paid in three installments during the academic year:

• First installment: April – June, payment deadline: April 15.
• Second installment: September – December, payment deadline: September 15.
• Third installment: January – March, payment deadline: January 15.

Payment Method:

• Fees can be paid via credit cards, bank transfers, checks, or direct cash payment.
• Checks must be issued in favor of Indian Public High School with the mark A/C Payee Only, and the student's name, grade, section, GR number, and phone number must be written on the back of the check.
• Students with fee arrears are subject to suspension from school after three warnings.
• School fees must be paid for the months during which the student's name remained registered in the class register, even in case of absence.
• Lower grade students should not be assigned to pay fees.
• Parents are requested to send the correct amount to avoid losing the balance.
• Fees are accepted during official office hours only.
• The name of a student who defaults on payment will be removed from the records.

In case a student leaves the school for any reason, the following applies:

• Payment of one full month's fees if attendance duration is two weeks or less.
• Payment of two full months' fees if attendance duration is more than two weeks and less than one month.
• Payment of three months' fees if attendance duration is more than one month.
• The value of textbooks and school uniform is not refundable, while transportation fees are treated as part of school fees.
