Admission Procedures for New Students:
- Complete the application form at the reception office for the relevant stage at the school.
- Submit a copy of passport, residence visa, and UAE identity card for the student and guardian, and the latest school report or "To Whom It May Concern" letter from the student's current school.
- After receiving the application form, the student will be invited for an entrance exam and interview. For children (FS1, KG1, KG2), they will be invited with their parents for a formal interview.
- Students from Grade 1 to Grade 10 will be invited for a written test and interviews.
Admission to Sixth Form:
Internal and external students wishing to join the Sixth Form at International School of Creative Science should refer to the Sixth Form Guide, where details of AS/A Level courses and their requirements are explained. All registration conditions and other administrative procedures remain the same as for other grades mentioned above.
Admission to FS1/KG1 - Grade 10 Throughout the Year:
The registration department and senior leadership team test and evaluate applications submitted throughout the year on a case-by-case basis. Admission depends on seat availability, entrance exam results, and passing the interview with the head of the relevant department. Registration conditions and other administrative procedures remain the same as for other grades.
If the application is accepted and the student secures a seat, you will be contacted by phone or email and invited to complete the remaining admission procedures.
Admission Documents
To facilitate student registration with the Ministry of Education, the following documents must be submitted upon application with the completed registration form:
- Copy of the student's latest school report or "To Whom It May Concern" letter from their current school.
- Copy of both parents' passports with valid residence visa (for residents).
- Original and copy of parents' UAE identity cards.
- Copy of student's passport with unified number (for UAE) and valid residence visa (for residents).
- Original and copy of student's UAE identity card.
- Copy of student's birth certificate.
- Copy of family book (for citizens only).
- Copy of vaccination certificate and student's medical file from their current school.
- Recent colored personal photo.
- Original Transfer Certificate.
- Original end-of-year school report.
- Admission fee of AED 500 payable upon registration.
Transfer from Another School or Country
If the Transfer Certificate is issued in:
United Arab Emirates: The transfer certificate must bear the school stamp, in addition to the educational zone stamp of the emirate (if the previous school is outside Sharjah). The school retains the original.
Gulf Cooperation Council Countries: The transfer certificate and report must bear the school stamp and the Ministry of Education stamp. The school retains the original report and certificate.
Any Other Country: The transfer certificate must be stamped by:
- The Ministry of Education in the issuing country.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The UAE Embassy in that country. The school retains the original.
In all cases, school certificates and other documents must be in Arabic or English. If in another language, they must be legally translated and certified like other documents.
Please note that the responsibility for submitting all required documents—including copies of residence visas—rests with the guardian. By signing the registration form, the guardian acknowledges this responsibility. The school will not bear any responsibility if Sharjah Private Education Authority refuses to register the student for any reason, including missing documents.
Fees at International School of Creative Science must be paid either in cash or by check.
For check payments, the following must be observed:
- All checks must be made out to: "International School of Creative Science PVT per person Company LLC"
- If there is a need to withdraw a post-dated check submitted to the school, written notice must be given, with the cash amount equivalent to the check value attached, to the school's accounts department at least two weeks before the check's due date.
