Modern Indian School Dibba is one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 1982, it welcomes students from kindergarten to grade 12, providing the best comprehensive educational experience through which every student can flourish, develop, and excel academically and personally. To enroll in Modern Indian School Dibba, you must review the most important general conditions, which include the following:

Admission to the school is available to all students subject to seat availability.

Admission is open for all academic stages from KG1 to grade 12.

The school does not conduct an admission test for KG1 level.

Students enrolled in KG2 - Grade 8 will undergo an admission test in English and Mathematics.

Students enrolled in grades 9 and 10 will undergo an admission test in English, Science, and Mathematics, while students enrolled in grade 11 will undergo an admission test in English and a general aptitude test.

For all admissions, strict adherence to admission procedures set by the Ministry of Education is followed.

Application Steps

Step One: Fill out the registration form located in the school administration office with all mandatory documents and then submit the form.

Step Two: Once the form is submitted, the school will contact you to schedule an appointment for the admission test and interview.

Step Three: Bring your child at the scheduled time for the interview or admission test with all required documents.

Step Four: Students from kindergarten to grades 8, 9, and 11 will undergo an admission test and will hold an interactive session with the relevant supervisors.

Step Five: Upon completion of the admission test, the admissions team will contact parents within 48 hours to complete the admission process by paying the first installment fees, where documents are verified, and a unique identification number will be created for the student which will be used by the parent and school for all types of communication.

Step Six: If the parent chooses the school transportation service, approval for the school transportation service must be obtained.

Students of Determination: Please inform the school administration or admissions team if the child has any special needs (communicative/behavioral/visual/hearing/physical/educational). The child may be exempt from the school admission exam if valid diagnostic reports (not more than one year old) are provided.

From KG1 to Grade 1

Two passport-size photos of the child.

A photocopy of the child's and parents' passports (front and back).

A photocopy of the child's and parents' UAE ID card (front and back).

A copy of the vaccination/immunization card and medical records from the previous school (for students coming from UAE schools).

Grade 2 and Above

Two passport-size photos of the child.

A photocopy of the child's and parents' passports (front and back).

Transfer certificate (attested by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs) from the previous school.

School performance reports for the previous academic year (from Grade 1 onwards).

(Without the above-mentioned documents or if the form is incomplete, the child will not be called for a pre-admission interview or admission test.)

For students coming from outside the United Arab Emirates, the transfer certificate must follow the following order of attestation:

In English.

Attested by the education official in the area/district/region.

Attested by the UAE embassy or consulate in the issuing country.

The validity of this document has been verified by the embassy or consulate of the issuing country in the UAE.

Attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For internal transfers, the student number (Manhal) is mandatory.
