Registration and Admission Rules at New Indian School

Registration for the new academic year for all grades begins on January 15 of each year.

Required Documents Upon Registration/Admission:

• Completed registration form.
• Three copies of the student's passport with a valid residence visa in the UAE.
• Four recent photos of the student (6 × 4 cm) + one passport-size photo.
• Two copies of the student's birth certificate with the original, if they do not have an independent passport.
• A copy of the original grade report for the last exam the student passed at their previous school.

Students Coming from Outside the UAE (Grade 1 and Above):

Must submit an original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended, in English only, and attested by the following authorities:

• Ministry of Education/Education Office in the country of origin.
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• UAE Embassy/Consulate in the country where the certificate was issued.

Students Coming from Within the UAE (Grade 1 and Above):

Must submit an original school transfer/leaving certificate in Arabic from the last school, attested by the relevant Education Zone.

For KG1, KG2, and Grade 1: The certificate must be submitted if admission is after March 31.

Second: Students Coming from Gulf Countries (Except UAE):

Third: Students Coming from Within the UAE:

Must submit an original transfer certificate in Arabic, attested by:

Assessment/Screening
