The admission process for the new academic year at New Indian Model School begins in October/November of the previous academic year and depends on seat availability. The application process is done by submitting an admission application and filling out the online registration form on the school's website, and the steps are as follows:
- Fill out the online registration form, upload all mandatory documents, and submit the form.
- After submission, you will receive an automatically generated email with a temporary registration number.
- Once the form is submitted, the school will contact you to schedule an admission test and interview.
- Bring your child at the scheduled time for the interview or admission test with all documents.
- Students from KG to Grade 8, 9, and 11 will undergo an admission test and will have an interactive session with the relevant supervisors. This interactive session aims to learn about the student's knowledge and the most appropriate academic path for them.
- After completing the admission test, your child will be placed on a merit list. Based on their merit on the list, the admissions team will contact parents within 48 hours to complete the admission procedures by paying the first installment fee, where documents will be verified, and a unique student ID number will be created, which will be used by the parent and school in all types of communication.
- If the parent chooses school transportation, school transportation approval must be obtained.
- Please inform the school administration or admissions team if the child has any special needs (communication / behavior / vision / hearing / physical / learning).
Required documents for application are:
- Two passport-size photographs of the child.
- Copy of passport of child and parents.
- Copy of Emirates ID card of child and guardian.
- Copy of vaccination/immunization card and medical records from previous school (for students coming from UAE schools).
- Copy of transfer certificate attested from Grade 2 and above.
- School report cards for the previous academic year (Grade 2 and above).
