About the school

The New Indian School was established in 1990 and is one of the leading CBSE schools in the Gulf. It includes classes from kindergarten to higher secondary level and meets the needs of more than 2,500 students of different nationalities by providing education with international standards. The academic atmosphere in the school is characterized by spacious and fully equipped classrooms, a comprehensive library and reading hall, and science and computer laboratories. The teaching staff, who are highly qualified and experienced, adopt a modern approach to transferring knowledge. Teachers are keen to regularly develop their skills through training programs, workshops, and seminars presented by experts in their fields. We do our utmost to develop the child's abilities to the fullest through academic, non-academic, and extracurricular activities.

What are the admission and registration requirements for The New Indian School?

Admission is available to all Indians. Admission of other nationalities is subject to seat availability.


 Eligibility

- The child must have completed 3 years and 6 months by March 31, for admission to lower kindergarten, and this age criterion applies proportionally to children seeking admission to other classes.

- Students coming from other schools must submit a transfer certificate and grade report issued by the last school they attended. They must also pass an admission test in English and Mathematics. A student is accepted only according to the standard that proves suitable for them, according to the test.

- Payment of tuition fees.


What are the methods of paying fees at The New Indian School?



 Fee Regulations

1. Fees must be paid in advance on or before the tenth day of each month.

2. A fine of 50 fils per day will be imposed on fees paid after the due date.

3. If the tenth falls on a holiday, fees will be collected until the eleventh day and a fine will be imposed from the twelfth day of the month.

4. Fees paid once are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

5. Parents who go on long leave are expected to pay the fees for the following months, before their departure.

6. In case parents do not pay fees for two consecutive months, the names of defaulters will be removed from the records and parents will have to request readmission.

7. At the time of readmission, all outstanding fees and an admission fee of 5 Bahraini Dinars will be charged, in addition to the tuition fees for the month in which readmission is requested, including arrears.

8. Fee cards must be sent with fees for payment. Parents should verify the accuracy of entries made by the school office.

9. Parents may pay fees in advance, on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis, before the tenth of the month.

10. Students in the tenth and twelfth grades must pay the fees for March in February itself before receiving the CBSE admission card.

11. A fee of 5 Bahraini Dinars will be charged for certificates/authentication/invoices/additional documents.
