The school registers all students on the Council's eSIS system according to dates specified by the Council each year.

The school registers students at any time of the year at its discretion, after obtaining approval from the Abu Dhabi Education Council if the specified registration time has ended, subject to availability of places, provided that the school is confident that the student is able to keep up with peers in the same group and can successfully complete the academic year.

The school will ensure that newly registered and transferred students submit their vaccination cards and medical records as an integral part of admission and registration procedures.

For new students wishing to join the school, they must pass an initial admission test in core subjects (English, Mathematics, and Arabic).

Students who do not pass the test will not be allowed to register, and students who score borderline marks on the exam will be registered and will receive academic support to help them adapt to the school program.

New students in Grade 2 are subject to an admission exam in core subjects (Mathematics, English, and Arabic); parents are usually informed of their children's exam results.

If wishing to join the school, students are registered after the parent's approval and completion of the KG registration form.

The school will accept students in kindergarten (KG1 or KG2) preceding compulsory education without requiring students to undergo any form of testing or interviews.

A child is accepted in KG1 if they have completed 3 years of age up to 5 years.

Children aged between 4 and 6 years only are accepted in KG2.

  • Two passport-sized photos.
  • Copy of student's passport + visa (non-local).
  • Copy of father's passport + visa (non-local).
  • Copy of family book (local).
  • Original UAE ID card + copy (father, mother, and students).
  • Copy of birth certificates.
  • Copy of vaccination card.
  • Registration fee (1,000) dirhams per student.

Elementary School and Above:

  • All of the above required.
  • Final grade card.
  • Transfer letter from previous school.

Testing

Students applying for grades KG1 to Grade 2 undergo an interview as part of the admission process.

Students applying for Grade 3 and above undergo diagnostic tests and a personal interview as part of admission procedures. After completing diagnostic tests, the school corrects their results and makes a decision regarding admission.
