Al Madar International School was established in 2002 in the Tawia area of Al Ain city to serve the educational needs of the community and provide the highest level of world-class education to more than 2,000 male and female students from different nationalities and cultures annually, from kindergarten through grade twelve.

Admission Policy:

  • Registration for the upcoming academic year opens in January, with priority given to siblings of registered students.
  • Re-registration requires payment of all outstanding fees by the parent/guardian.
  • Seats are available on a first-come basis, whether for new or returning students.
  • A 5% tuition fee is applied upon registration for each student, whether currently registered or new.
  • If the student does not enroll in the school, parents must notify the school in writing before the start of the new academic year.
  • Any delay in registration may result in your child losing their seat.
  • Students registered on the waiting list may register when seats become available.

Tuition fees are paid in three installments during the academic year. Payment schedule is as follows:

  • First semester payment period: September to November (including uniform, books, and bus).
  • Second semester payment period: December to February.
  • Third semester payment period: March to May.

**Registration and Re-registration Dates:**

  • New students will be accepted in first grade during January.
  • Siblings will be re-registered during February and March.
  • Admission for new students will open from the third semester, or when seats become available upon application.
  • The school will not be responsible for the loss of seats for any returning student if parents do not comply with the above dates, as registration will be open to the public.
  • Throughout the year, acceptance of students wishing to join the school during the academic year is subject to seat availability and approval from the Department of Education and Knowledge.

**Required Documents for Registration:**

  • 2 copies of valid passport with valid residence visa.
  • 2 copies of birth certificate.
  • 4 passport-size photos.
  • Vaccination card.
  • National ID card for new students.
  • Transfer certificate from previous school from grade two to grade twelve.
  • School uniform, textbooks, notebooks, and journals must be purchased from the school.

Tuition and educational resource fees for Al Madar International School can be paid by any of the following methods:

  • Cash to the cashier.
  • Check payable to "Al Madar International School".
  • Bank transfer to Al Madar International School's bank account.
  • In case of any prior payment arrangements by a third party such as employer or other, the parent must visit the school to arrange payment and agree on a timeline to avoid any conflicts.
